One layer sky

Good morning.
Not such a clear morning a bit drizzly first thing, but we may get a bit of sun before more showers this aft.
I'm posting a card I made on Friday for Fantasy Stampers then realised it didn't really have much stamping, just the sentiment! I made it with two challenges in mind,

CAS on Sunday - One Layer

I'm still making Nich's thank you cards as you can see. I've used the MB Calm Countryside die with some water spritzed DI inked card for the sky then pieced it all back together to make the one layer. I love the zingy sky, it's a great contrast to the white card. The sentiment is from Personnel Impressions.

OK, must get on with the chores as Al has taken Max ragwort pulling!

  1. Beautiful deep blue sky, fab card :D Love it :D x

  2. This is so beautiful landscape, Julie. I love your idea of sponged and spritzed sky to create depth!

  3. This is such a pretty card, Jules! I love how you created your sky, and your winter 'scene' is so lovely!

  4. Great card and love the water spritzed on the sky.

  5. LOVE it. Adding the splatters of water ... it looks like it's raining from the clouds - fantastic!

  6. Wow gorgeous sky ! thank you for sharing with ATCAS!

  7. Great one layer card. I love how you spritzed your sky. Thanks for joining us at ATCAS. :)

  8. Beautiful card. Your sky treatment is fabulous especially with the tree foreground. Gorgeous. So glad you joined us at ATCAS this week
