Good afternoon and Happy New Year!
Today sees the start of 2025 as well as a brand new challenge from Color Hues. The new colour combo gives me the chance to share this Christmas card.
When I saw the colour choices, I knew that the DP used here would be perfect. The DP is actually an A4 sheet of card I picked up many moons ago and has been languishing at the bottom of my Christmas stash box. It's a panel of kraft and red squares with a touch of cream which I've cut up to make the front of my card. Some of the squares have been embellished with buttons, jute string and some Crystal Glaze, mounted on a panel of kraft and added to a cream base card. The greeting was die cut from an ancient Tim Holtz strip die from off white card scraps.

This is a fabulous card! What a great way to use and embellish that patterned paper! I have been looking for a Christmas quilt for years to hang on our front stairs landing. This one would be perfect. Happy New Year!
