ATSM #173

Good evening folks and welcome to a post to announce a new challenge over at ATSM.
This week as that Christmas deadline approaches, our theme is -

HOLIDAY

You don't need to make a Christmas card but it's as good a reason as any!
Here is my DT project.

I had this background panel left over from an earlier project (here) but this time I stamped some large snowflakes and used white EP to emboss, then stamped some smaller ones and repeated the embossing. To add even more depth I also stamped the small snowflakes in one of the blues I used for the the panel. The panel was coloured using  some DIs, blending with a soft brush to create this gorgeous effect.
A greeting was stamped on a strip of vellum and embossed with white EP and mounted on a scalloped strip of lilac card. To finish I mounted it onto the same lilac card mount before attaching to the base card.
This week we are sponsored by the lovely Kylie at Happy Little Stampers.

She's offering a Prize of a $15 gift certificate to the winner chosen by the DT.
Please check out the rest of the team and their fab creations for more inspiration and join in!

I'd like to join in over at -
