Snippets

Evening all.
The sun may be shining but there is a stiff breeze and rumour has it that the temp is set to drop like a stone tonight to single figures.
Well this card I'm posting started off as something completely different, a DT project. I was sort of carried away with the idea and forgot that it needed to be a stamped project!
Anyhow I kept going as I thought it would do very nicely for a couple of challenges out there.

Sorry about the glare on the embossing but the sun was so bright and I was in a bit of a rush to get this posted.  I was trawling through t'internet for inspiration when I remembered a WOW card by my bloggy friend Loll. As she CASed one of my cards for my birthday I thought I would do one of hers!
It's also appropriate 'cos she also CASed a card by Chrissie at Less is More and it looks like we have the same birthday! Happy belated birthday Chrissie,
I used all sorts of bits of white card from my desk top and vellum from the bits box to make this, except for the base card. I also added a few crystal bugle beads that were in the bottom of the bling box!

I shall join in the fun over at -
