One layer only

Good morning craft friends.
A new year has started and so has a new challenge over at Cards und More.
Our new challenge is simply -

A ONE LAYER CARD

Simple, or not? We would like to see a card made from one piece of card folded in half with no additional layers and minimal embellishments, where the image is stamped or printed directly onto the cardstock.
Here is my take.

To make this, I took a plain white A6 base card, masked the edges to make a white border and the central area with a circle, then stamped the balloons etc. After colouring the balloons, hats and streamers with Copics, I removed the masking and stamped the greeting and used a die to emboss the frame.
So that's it, For more inspiration please check out the rest of the DT and why not join in, we'd love to see your OLCards.

I'd like to join in over at -

Hope that balloons, streamers and hats
in the air fit the bill!
