Owl I want for Christmas

Evening all.
Just made it back from walking with the dog as the sun set in the west over the fields, glorious colours. Its so much nicer when its sunny instead of grey, I can even put up with the cold. Even Max prefers a chilly bright morning to a dark dank but milder one!

This is a bit of a quick post as I'm trying to put the tree up, clean and finish some DT work, so I have the chance to do some shopping tomorrow.

I'm still in post mode for the last few cards and this uses a digi I won at the beginning of the year, think it was Sammi Stamps. I thought it would come in useful as a card for my old neighbour, Audrey. I usually incorporate an owl into her cards, as although not exactly a wise old bird, she is a supporter of 'The Owls', a football team called Sheffield Wednesday. She saves all the cards I send her, she has quite a collection of owl themed items!
I used Copics to colour this image and stamped the greeting from a Woodware Christmas words set in Versafine Onyx Black on a white A6 base.

I shall enter the following challenges:-

An owl is a wise old bird and Audrey is an old neighbour!

Thanks for popping around, come back soon!
