Hi and welcome to day four of Uniko's February release intros.
I so excited to get my hands on this new flower set with matching dies, I haven't seen anything like it around!
Here's what I did with my first play.
I first stamped my various elements, after first acquainting myself with the form of the passion flower. Then I simply die cut the images and arranged them into a pleasing spray. The dies for the tendrils are a boon for cutting out these tricky elements!
On reflection the design was missing something, so I die cut a thin frame using a couple of stacking dies from matching white card and attached it to the base card before adding the die cuts and a stamped banner die. I decided to trim off the overhanging leaves so it would fit inside a C6 envelope!
For more inspiration check out the rest of the team.
Simply gorgeous, Julie ... the delicacy of that passion flower contrasted with the bold leaves is just beautiful! Anita :)
ReplyDeleteSuper idea to use the frame to cluster the passion flower die cuts around. It makes for a really beautiful card!
