STAMPlorations, a reminder

Good afternoon folks.
The month of July is speeding by so I must remind you all that the July challenge at STAMPlorations is still ongoing. Here is a little reminder card from me.

I've used the theme this time but I suppose it fits the sketch as well now I look at it!

I made this card using stamps from Balloons and BannersParty Time and Noteworthy to create the gold embossed sentiment and added stars. I stamped in Versamark over a galaxy background made by blending DIs on a die cut panel then spritzing with water to bleach out some 'stars'. I'd made a similar background awhile back and my daughter thought it could stand alone without any additions, so there you are Nich what do you think?
I made the panel lie flat as this card was winging its way over the pond for my bloggy friend Becca's (Damsel of Distress) birthday. She's hosting a birthday bash to celebrate becoming, hush say it quietly, 30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, that's all from me but please check out the rest of our fantastic DT, all the usual Ts and Cs are there as well on the blog.

I'd like to join in over at -

Can't do with out my DIs, so versatile
