Welcome back to the final day of our blog hop to celebrate our 2nd birthday at STAMPlorations.
It's been such fun playing with the new stamp sets. Today I'm using another couple of elements from Dee's fab Party Mates set.
I stamped and masked the plain cupcake to create the tiered cake then added the candles, colouring with Copics, then fussy cut. Using the sketch from Paper Players, I mono printed the background using an acrylic block and a couple of pinkish w/c pens. The circular panel was cut then embossed with a doily EF I got free with a mag, a strip of gold and a banner stamped with one of the Party Time greetings were attached with a couple of Tim Holtz scribbled diecuts under the edge. To finish I added a button with twine bow and a few sequins.
Check out what the rest of the team and our fab guest designer JENNIFER INGLE have made!
You'll find links to all birthday blog hop projects here, as are the details for the prizes.
Leave a comment on this post and on the other girl's blogs and why not link up your own celebration- or party-themed cards using the inspiration mood board at STAMPlorations to win one of several prizes. Commenting and linking close on Monday, July 6. Winners are announced on Tuesday, July 7.
